Winter Shopper Special Running from the 1st November to the 31st March residents and visitors will be able to purchase a £2 ticket from a ticket machine and it will be valid for four hours in short stay car parks or until midnight in long stay car parks. The tickets are transferable to other East Devon Car Parks for LONG STAY car parks only. Pay just £2 and park for 4 or more hours. Some car parks are excluded as the are privately owned.
